Drew's Day of Service
Saturday September 11, 2010

Drew Church will be actively serving the community on Saturday September 11. We will be providing all types off Service Projects.  We will be handing out flowers and assisting patrons with their packages at one of the three shopping areas in town. We will be serving coffee at the Rest Stop on route 84 in Stormville. We have a free dog wash at the Church. We will be handing out free bottles of water to those passing by the Thrift Shop. We will be assisting those who wish a ride to go shopping and also offer a ride to Church to those who have no means of transportation. We will hold an Employment Workshop to all those in the area who are seeking employment.

This will truly be a day that Drew Church will be "Serving God by Serving Others" we will be visible in the Community and active. The day will end with a light meal of Soup and Sandwich at the Church. If you wish to take part please sign up for one of these projects, if you feel like you want to take part and want to work behind the scenes, we have plenty for you to do as well.  We will also be taking orders for the T- Shirts for this day. The Cost is $10.00 a shirt. Shirts should be avalable on Sunday, Septemeber 5th durning coffee hour and extras will be avalable if you need more!

If you know of someone who could use a ride for shopping or to attend Church, we would like to contact them and see if they would like that service.
